Exceptional Customer Service

You know how good a company is by how they act when things don’t go to plan. I noticed my package had stalled about a week once it was posted and in the hands of the courier. I emailed the Zulu and Zephyr team and in 10 minutes they got back to me, lodged an enquiry with Aus Post on my behalf and had the package located and delivered to me later that same day. Shout out to Kelsea for your awesome customer service really appreciated it. Also, obsessed with the bikini the blue is stunning and the quality is amazing 👏🏽👌
