Under European Union consumer protection laws, you have a statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period to change your mind about your online purchase. This applies from the day you receive your physical goods, or from the day you sign up for a digital service or subscription. During this window, you can cancel your contract for any reason, without giving a justification.
