What if I'm contacted by Customs or DHL?

Occasionally, DHL or your local customs authority may contact you to confirm delivery details or request additional import information. For U.S. orders, this may include a Social Security Number for customs clearance on higher-value shipments.

If your order is shipping to a country where duties are prepaid and you are asked to pay additional import charges, do not pay them. Instead, refuse the charges and contact our Customer Care team at orders@zuluandzephyr.com, and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.
